Political Turmoil – Perak State, Elizabeth Wong, Toll Price, Parliament6

After much hiatus on political views, here I’m back with lots of new happenings in Malaysian politics..

The Barisan Nasional somehow “snatched” the Perak state and formed the State Government based on majority of MPs on both BN and Pakatan Rakyat’s side..

You can read the full chronology here on How the Perak State Government fell, taken from The Star Online..

BN claimed that Pakatan Rakyat (PR) has lost its majority because both BN and PR has 28 seats, while logically, PR only has 27 seats because the state assembly Speaker V. Sivakumar cannot cast a vote in the assembly..

Ok, it make sense, but, for the Speaker to ban the new MB, Datuk Dr Zambry Abd Kadir and his excos from the state assembly, by right BN has lost its majority as well..

Now, to dissolve the State Government and do a by-election for the whole Perak State would be the best move..

Well, IMHO, instead of trying to “snatch” the Perak State in such a manner, just go for a by-election and see what the rakyat wants..That’s the most fair and square method..

While PR claimed it’s unconstitutional for BN to form the State government and BN claimed that the Perak people is behind them, why not let the people themselves make the decision, once again..

I do believed the choice is in Perak people’s hands, instead of BN or PR scuffling for their own rights or whatsoever..

And IMHO if there is a state by-election, I reckon that PR would win with bigger margin compared to March 8th..

On Bukit Lanjan assemblyman Elizabeth Wong’s nude photos being circulated in the internet and news media, it’s such a bad thing to happen ever since Dr Chua Soi Lek’s sex video being circulated..

This time, it’s none other than Elizabeth Wong’s privacy being invaded in her house and it’s not any wrong-doing sex video or photos..

Where’s the law and order nowadays? MPs’ privacy or sex life is being made public and there’s nothing could be done on it..

And worst of all, the one people in BN that a lot of people hated, Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo has called for the resignation of Elizabeth Wong..

Other than that, there’s also Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam said Wong’s decision to resign was appropriate considering her standing in politics..

Then albeit all of the accusations on our soon-to-be Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s murder of Mongolian Altantuya Shariibuu, why he didn’t resign from his post?

He didn’t resign because he claimed that he’s not involved in the killing so he’s claiming that he’s innocent, although he’s in the limelight for more than 2 years..

So why Elizabeth Wong has to resign from her posts? She did nothing wrong and the culprit should be captured and heavy punishment should be taken against the culprit..

Even if she’s single or her nude photos being circulated, so what?? It’s her private life and she’s got her own privacy even though she’s an assemblyman..

For all those who acted like their never committed sin or have never involved in pre-marital sex before, you are just talking bullshit..The culprit should be captured instead of nailing Elizabeth Wong..

People have been gathering signatures to support Elizabeth Wong in this bad time and it’s the best support to let her know that she’s needed in the party and State Government..

*People gathering signature in support of Elizabeth Wong*

I wonder what would happened if a male MP’s nude photo of him in the shower is being leaked out..Resigning for such photos? Bad move I would say..

On the recent toll hike on 5 highways, namely North-South Expressway (PLUS), Sprint/Kerinchi/Damansara Link highways, Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Expressway (AKLEH), Sungai Besi Highway and the New Pantai Expressway (NPE)..

According to Works Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Zin Mohammed said the increase was minimal and hoped the public understood that the increase was stipulated in the concession agreements that the government had signed..

He also said that, “The increase was actually due in January last year but we had postponed it until now. This means the government has been paying compensation for 14 months.”..

Since it’s already stated in the concession agreements, then could you please please please tell us how much more the Government have to pay those crony companies and WHEN you guys going to increase the price again..

It’s all in the agreement, just let us know it all..Transparency is all we need..WHEN and HOW MUCH is the question for the next toll hike..Isn’t it fair for us to be ready for the next hike??

I can already expect the usual answer from the Government..They will say it’s private and confidential or they will show us but have to wait for approval..

Then the waiting is long enough for people to forget bout the thing and they also never bother to show us anymore..I “love” the Government..

Now that lots of parties objected and and complained that the hike would burden the rakyat during this hardship of economic downturn, they have showed “sympathy” by holding the hike indefinitely..

I thought it’s already stated in the agreement that you have to increase the price? Can agreement be breached just like that? I “love” my Government once again..

Lastly, in Parliament over the scuffle between UMNO Youth members and some MPs of the Opposition party..

Although it wasn’t a nice sight for DAP chairman Karpal Singh to accuse UMNO Youth for sending live bullet to him without any concrete proof, the motive is there, following UMNO Youth members paraded in front of his office for several days..

Even if the UMNO Youth didn’t really do it, they should sove it in a manly way instead of scuffling in front of the Parliament harrassing a wheelchair-bound person..

And yes, the UMNO Youth claimed they didn’t even touch Karpal Singh..

Worst of all, the most disgusting scene, not UMNO Youth trying to harrass Karpal Singh, nor Karpal Singh hurled the word “celaka” at UMNO Youth members, but it’s the securities of Parliament..

During the commotion, Batu Gajah MP Fong Po Kuan shouted, “Where is security? Where is security?” and a reply was heard, “We only jaga (look after) inside (Parliament), not outside.”..

What an ethical security we have..They ONLY take care of things/areas under they control, and NOT things in front of them..

I wonder what they would do if a MP is gunned down outside Parliament..Guess they will just live them lying around doing nothing..

How can security of Parliament, letting the country’s MPs being harrassed right in front of the Parliament???

I guess that’s why they are security..If they were smarter they wouldn’t be a security in the first place..Bravo bravo *applause*..

I reckon that if all these stupid unnecessary issues is ever to happen again the current Government might lost its 2/3 majority or even the Government to the Opposition party..

MAKKAL SAKTHI~!!

Political Entertainment, ISA – I Simply Arrest2

Well it’s been quite a while the current Government a.k.a Barisan Nasional has been struggling to reinstate the people’s faith in them..

It’s been 6 months since the political tsunami on March 8th 2008 and everything is still unsettled..Well I can’t really blame the Oppositions because I’m somewhat behind their back for what they’ve been doing..

No not that I’m the mastermind and what’s not (as if I’m THAT influential)..I cast my vote for them okayyy, despite not being able to vote as a registered voter wtf..

It’s all in my heart and all that matters..

We had enough of Anwar sodomizing what’s-that-fella’s-name-I-couldn’t-care-less-that-I’ve-forgotten (is it Saiful??) and medical report that the sissy boy’s asshole is still un-deflowered a virgin..

First we had Bukit Bendera UMNO division chief Ahmad Ismail uttered some racist remark, by saying Malaysian Chinese are immigrants..

*Taken from MalaysiaKini*

It’s like Russell Peters’ father telling him that they hated immigrants in the US wtf..How logic could it go anymore? Then police reports were made against him by lots of parties, individuals, etc etc..

Well honestly, I didn’t felt a single thing when I heard that racist remark or whatever you want to call it..I’m born in Malaysia, so were my parents..

I’ve friends of Malays and Indians and now I even have friends from the Middle East and also Africa..So yeah, call me pendatang (immigrant) or whatever suits you..

My only concern was Ahmad Ismail’s move, by voicing out his unpleasanties with Gerakan in the coalition and suggested that Gerakan move out of BN..

He even got his supporters tore down Gerakan’s acting president Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon’s picture..

*Taken from MalaysiaKini*

Now that’s what I call wild and, uncivilized? I heard it from the TV, it’s a Chinese lady being interviewed..

She said,“What if the Prime Minister, Abdullah’s picture is being torn??”..What kind of action woul’ve taken place eh?

For a no-name-no-post kind of person like Ahmad voicing out like that as if he’s the Prime Minister, or at least the Deputy PM, I think the bosses up there are doing shits..

They can’t even control what their underlings words and all..Aren’t you ashamed if you are the Chairman of a Group, just a mere clerk telling another big boss of a company that you are going to merge that the merging plan is scrapped..

Now if I were the big boss, I would just fire him and make sure he won’t have a future in any clerical job ever again..

What our big boss could only do is just stripped off his membership, post, and anything regards UMNO for 3 short and stupid years..

Imagine if a Chinese or Indian were to uttered any racist remarks..First, the whole nation would condemn the Chinese or Indian fella..

Then, police reports were made against that fella..Then, a black maria is on the way to your door steps and you are ready to go to Bukit Aman for an ISA detention trip..

Now we have 3 civilians detained under ISA, namely prominent blogger Raja Petra, Seputeh MP Teresa Kok, and Sin Chew Daily reporter, Tan Hoon Cheng..

First Raja Petra was said detained for his disrespectful post against Islam in his site Malaysia Today..

Then Teresa Kok was said for complaining the use of loud speakers in mosques during azan or such..

At last the authorities claimed that Tan’s life is being threatened and the use of ISA is just to protect her life wtf..

How silly can you be if you want to detain or arrest a civilian? There’s no bottomline for being silly?

Even BN’s de facto law minister, Datuk Zaid Ibrahim condemned the used of ISA on civilians..

It’s like the country’s law is so shitty, useless, and has no credibility that the law is insufficient to bring them to court and charge them for the wrong-doing, ISA is being used..

Even lots of BN members condemned that ISA is being wrongly used in this matter..

Not to mentioned some Muslim NGO said that ISA is un-Islamic, meaning that ISA has nothing to do with Islam or such..

Pakatan Rakyat held a mass gathering of solidarity for the people being arrested under ISA and the authorities approved it without hassle..

Then Tan was released after 18-hours of detention and HERE is her story..

Even de facto law minister Datuk Zaid Ibrahim resigned from his post because he can’t follow the way of ninjadattebayo BN doings..

And now we have SAPP pulled out of BN for good..Although they remained independent, it’s a matter of time they were to join Pakatan Rakyat..

MAKKAL SAKTI~!! What’s next? Najib the new Prime Minister???

Anti Bar Council Forum Rally6

WARNING : Content MIGHT contain disturbing remarks over religions issue or such but I’m not condemning any of it, yet, I’m discussing it as a FREE THINKER and as a Malaysian who knows nothing bout Malaysian Law in specific..You’ve been warned..

Last Saturday, a bunch of Muslims protested at the Bar Council building at Jalan Lebuh Pasar Besar (nearby Central Market)..

They were demonstrating against the Bar Council’s forum on conversion to Islam forced the forum to end early than scheduled..

Apparently it’s an so-called open forum in a private premise, which is the Bar Council building itself discussing problems faced by some Muslim converts..

Well, I was not present at the scene that day so I didn’t how serious or heated the situation was..Everything just from Malaysiakini‘s Video..

So from what we can see from the videos, this group of umat Islam actually going against the forum which they saidwas undermining Islam and the Constitution stated in Article 121 (1A)..

Well, I ain’t a law student so I don’t really know what’s stated in the Article..

I’m not here to condemn Islam or Muslim or being a racist or whatsoever..It’s just my view as a liberal Malaysian..

From what I can see from the video, it’s a group of people gathered illegally and interrupting a forum in a private premise..

Yes, you can say that the Bar Council was trying to challenge and opposing the Constitution even they themselves should know the law better..

What about gathering illegally and stormed into the Bar Council’s conference room? Are these acts deemed legal and courageous?

Can’t they do it with manner? And I think I heard some racial slurs from some of the fellow demonstrators..

Malay-Muslim is NOT the only race in this world that holds Islam..I guess most of them didn’t know that China got loads of Chinese Muslims..

Or they’ve forgotten that Middle Easterns aren’t Malay as well? Or maybe they thought Muhammad Ali the boxing champion is a Malay as well..

Well, I’m not picking on Malay nor Muslim here..It’s just that their mindset are too shallow and that reflects the others too..

If they want to protest, do protest in a proper way coz their silly act would definitely affect the good ones..I know NOT ALL Malays are that shallow-minded..

There are some smart Malays as well..And I didn’t say that all Muslims are stupid either..It’s all about what you do and that reflects your personality..

Same goes to other races and religions as well..I myself as a Chinese I do think that Mainland Chinese are quite dumb too..

Their attitude are dumb in a way, or perhaps their jakun attitude looks dumb..

And I always thought Americans are dumbass..Look at their President, George W. Bush..That’s a real dumb..

But anyway, back to the Bar Council forum issue..

In the second video, you can actually see political blogger Mahaguru58 got pissed off with one of the demonstrators, said to be PAS Youth leader or something..

Anyhow, the funny thing was even PAS Research Centre or whatever it is, they agreed on the forum..

Now that’s what I call matured thinking and they are focusing it on a larger scale, unity of Malaysians..Therefore we have an open forum..

I’m thinking, why all these Malay-Muslims were so afraid of their religion being discussed by others? They can discuss about Christianity or Buddhism if they want to..

These Muslim converts they discussed about Islam because they want to continue their life in a better way..

Say if they are not devoted enough to uphold Islam, what for they continue on because they were converts, just to marry an Islam partner..

Do you think they feel better living as a Muslim but not practicing it..

Worst come to worst, they wanted to eat pork but they can’t coz they are still a Muslim..In reality, they aren’t practicing Islam teachings, they aren’t fasting during puasa, etc etc, just to name a few..

If they discuss it doesn’t mean they are challenging the status of Islam for being the national religion or whatsoever..Why they have to be afraid of their religions being discussed?

And they even booed and jeered the people when they left the building..

With these kind of attitude, whoever wanted to marry to a Malay-Muslim anymore? They got booed and jeered for God’s sake..

Anyhow, I rest my case..

Terengganu’s Benz Issue3

It’s been more than 1 week since Terengganu MB Datuk Ahmad Said purchased 14 Mercedes Benz to replace Proton Perdana V6 as the official car..

The MB said the move is to cut cost, in terms of the cost of service for the Perdana V6s were expensive in the long haul..

Then our PM Datuk Seri Abdullah decided that the 14 Mercs will be used for visiting foreign dignitaries and guests of the state..

It’s a wise move to keep the Mercs for that purpose and continue to use the Perdana V6s as the official car for the state exco members..

But then again it’s also stupid to keep the Mercs for only official functions or for foreign dignitaries whatsoever..

Like some of the MPs said, how often did Terengganu get visits from fellow VIPs from other states, let alone foreign dignitaries..

I don’t know whether the exco members were stubborn or they already settled it under table..

Despite the Cabinet’s order, some of them were seen using the Mercs on the road, and it’s not quite any big or official event..

It’s either the Cabinet’s order was a crap OR, they got something up their sleeves for the courage..

Then not long after that, Proton Holdings had suspended one of its service centres in Terengganu for using non-genuine spare parts and overcharging..

Thanks to their efficiencies, Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) seized 8 of 16 Proton Perdanas belonged to Terengganu exco members..

The exco members have no choice but to use the E200 Kompressors..Smell something fishy? Yes it is..

It seems that some of the exco members already knew what is going to happen and felt free and easy to use the Kompressors albeit Cabinet’s order..

Blogger Paul Tan also quoted, “Why E200 Kompressor? Why not Honda Accord or Toyota Camry which are cheaper than E200 and better than Perdana”..

Which is quite true, don’t you think so?

If the move to purchase the 14 E200 Kompressors was to save cost in service and petrol and all, why not getting a Honda Hybrid or any hybrid car?

It’s definitely cheaper than the E200 and it saves petrol too..

All the ACA’s action and challenges by Datuk Ahmad Said was it just an act or conspiracy theory or real? You judge it yourself..

PDRM – The Name That You Can Trust (In Undertable Agreements)16

Yes PDRM, Polis DiRaja Malaysia, or known as Royal Malaysian Police Force, is the name that you can trust, in taking bribes without fear..

Recently, a not so big news came out in local dailies, “Cop VS cops in Gemas Station“..

It was about a policeman of the rank of lance corporal, lodged a report against all of his colleagues including his superiors allegedly over dissatisfaction on how the monthly bribes from those operating illegal activities was being distributed..

In retaliation, one of his superiors, a sergeant, lodged another police report against the policeman for allegedly selling station property to scrap dealers..

Now that’s our respected Royal Police Force in action.. It’s far more interesting than all of the low standard MPs’ debates and walk-outs in the Parliament..

Surprisingly, there’s no any follow up news the day after that and so on..So I guess they treated as a very normal case..

Monthly bribery collection is being distributed just like that openly and no follow up..BRAVO~!!

NO I didn’t make that statement..It’s from the mouth of the cop from Gemas..

I would say it’s bullshit for pinning the “Saya Anti Rasuah” (I Anti Bribery) on the authorities’ uniform and sticking the car sticker on every Proton Waja with the blue siren on its rooftop..

It’s no secret that a lot of police receive bribes and a lot of people give bribes..

Sometimes I understand that people might want to get out trouble hence they bribed the authority..

But it is so wrong when a person didn’t commit any wrong-doing, and yet the authority would simply accuse that person, just for bribery..

Even if it’s not bribery, these authorities tend to take the law into their own hands, just like Jen’s accident with a patrol car..

They thought they are the law and simply accused Jen for her innocent-accident, just because they are the authorities..

If Jen really wants to take things further, they’ll be dead meat coz Jen’s father is AT LEAST 6 ranks higher than the Sergeant and Inspector Officer in Jen’s story..

But at least she didn’t do so coz she knew that if she were to do so, she’s nothing else but the same type of people of these Bolehland Judge Dredd..

Yes, I know there are some police who are just and fair, but they tend to bend their principle and stand because of the environment and peer pressure..

And the truth is, A LOT of people are annoyed by the authorities, instead of thanking them for controlling the country’s security at safe..

All this thanks to those “Saya Nanti Rasuah” police group..

Other than that, people are annoyed with the roadblocks being set up in the Klang Valley for the past few days and weeks..

It had caused massive jam in the Klang Valley and greatly wasting taxpayers’ money..

I know it’s not their fault because it’s an order from their superior, the Government..

So all in all :

PDRM = Cannot be trusted

PDRM = Government

Government = Cannot be trusted..

What’s after this? Another C4 bombing on bloggers who made unofficial true statements?
