PC Fair August 2008

Went to PC Fair at the KL Convention Center again this time..
As crowded as always but this time, it’s much more crowded than the previous fairs..
Remember the hallway between Hall3 and Hall 4 where usually a lot of people rest or take a break from the jam?
That very hallway was no exception either!! It’s as packed as any other hall as well!!
While most people’s intention to visit the PC fair is to scourge on babes and pretty ambassadors a.k.a promoters, my intention has always been the same..
I was there to survey for price and to buy myself at least an item, no matter whatever it is..
So, sorry for this time that I’ve not taken any photos of the babes there..For photo of babes, check out Jason’s blog HERE and HERE..

As usual, whenever I walked pass by a Sony booth, I’ll look out for my ex-schoolmate, Adrian..

Everything was so cheap..Okay not really cheap but the price has drop tremendously..
Western Digital (WD) Element 2.5″ Portable HDD of 160GB with normal casing was selling at freaking RM175!!
Not to mention WD’s 3.5″ Portable HDD of 1TB (1 Terabyte = 1000GB) was selling at RM499 only!! That’s without casing of course..
Well I know 3.5″ is rather big compared to 2.5″ and usually a 3.5″ HDD needs external power supply..
But for this, it stated Plug-and-Play..So I guess it’s the same as a 2.5″ where you don’t need any external power supply?

Out of so many booths which all of them were trying to create awareness to its visitors, the most significant one was P1 WiMax..
P1 WiMax provided free trial registration and every applicant was given a big paper bag..That’s quite a successful one I would say..
Not sure whether it’s better than broadband (which I think it WILL!!) but the publicity and awareness wins it all..

Okay, enough of booth set ups and all..It’s time for some girls..Yeah, really some only..
This time I didn’t really take any nice babe pics, not to mention the standard has dropped a bit compared to some of the previous fairs..

Yatz.. now no need to go all the way to PC fair for the chicks ady… Bloggers like J@s0n cover all there is.
So I would only go if there’s any hardware to buy.. haha
By the way, do u know if Wacom tablet is any cheaper than standard price in low yat?
coz i just bought mine right b4 the pc fair.

i knew it!! when i was going through ur post. i was kinda like wondering “how come no gals’ photos one? so unlike yatz la… ” then suddenly got gals. hahahahaha..
