i think is better to change a government rather than use that way. once government changed, petrol price will decrease as promised by Datuk Seri Anwar. hopefully decrease to usual price, RM1.92 or even lower as wished.

1. The RM625 rebate is a total crap..BMW 3 Series is also under 2000CC engine…so they can also get the rebate….the best way to give rebate through income tax…only the low income people got rebate…that will be the best way….(not to mention KJ’s ECM Libra has got share in Pos M’sia…imagine 1% commission from 18 billion)…

2. If Petronas pay dividend RM1k to all Malaysians is also not fair…means high/low income receive the same money….

3. Besides speculation, the high crude oil price is also caused by weak US dollar..the traders prefer to buy & keep the commodity instead of the currency because US dollar depreciate but the oil price is increasing…this will cause false demand of oil as well….not to mention the instability in Middle East (Iran) & Nigeria…

4. Obviously OPEC is benefiting from the crude oil price hike as their production cost is almost the same but the selling price is increasing….if they increase the production the price will drop…means more work but get the same amount of profit….if you were they, will you increase the production?

BTW, the oil exchange are in London & New York/Texas…thus OPEC can’t do much to manipulate the price…those bastards in the exchange are…(watch Syriana for reference)

This is really sad…

not a bad idea…but,

wen u said u could possibly jus go to various post-offices to collect their rebates, u mean one could do that? as in they wont record down in a vast database sayin that you have collect the rebate ah??

oh, AND a nice comment on those FRU’s too…

my say, I’m cool with your idea..tho it seems a lil dodgy still..
