The Reasons Why You Must Vote
The 12th General Election is closing in and it’s just on this coming Saturday, 8th of March 2008..
Well, there are few reasons (if not a lot) for us to go vote no matter who we support..
Now, let me state out few reasons and we’ll see whether it’s true or not..
- We MUST vote because that’s our responsibility as a Malaysian
If you are eligible to vote but you back off because you don’t know who to support, that’s so lame..
It’s either BN or the Opposition..It’s that easy..
If you don’t like BN, just put a cross on the Opposition on the ballot paper..It’s that easy..
If you don’t like the Opposition, just go for BN and you will get what you have got for the past 5 years ever since Abdullah Badawi became the PM..
If you don’t like either party, why don’t you ‘try‘ out the Opposition because BN didn’t do well for the last term..Najib did the same stupid thing..

He asked Kelantanese to ‘try’ out BN for just 1-term..So why not we try out the Opposition for some of the parliamentary and state seats?

You can make the choice and you decide the future of the country, which is YOUR future..
- To prevent phantom voters
If you don’t go to vote ON YOUR OWN, you might not know if someone else has voted for you and help THE party increase votes..
Yes, even with the introduction of indelible ink and not to mention the tool has been cancelled off by Election Commission (EC), we can’t take any risk in this matter..
Do you know what’s phantom voters? Meaning that a person or a group of people have casted their votes on behalf of someone else..
Who knows at the end of the day and you still don’t show up, someone might queue up and vote for THAT party?
Impossible you say? What about these people?

Try out yourself these IC numbers at http://daftarj.spr.gov.my and you’ll know..
To make it short, these IC numbers belonged to some people born in the 18xx years..Yes indeed their numbers are no difference than the 19xx ones..
Still don’t understand? These people aged more than 120 years old..Now that’s impossible..
MORE numbers HERE, which I randomly read it when I blog-hopped few days ago..
Who voted for these people and which party they are voting for, I don’t know..But we try to NOT let them vote for YOU..
Also, Kelantan BN claimed that PAS have 118,000 number of phantom voters..

Now who’s lying who’s telling the truth, no one knows..
- Not to miss “The Best Battle of The Parties So Far”
You can tell people that you are involved in this “Best Battle of The Parties So Far” in the next 10 years..Who knows there might not be any election as BIG as this?
Remember 1999 General Election? I’m in Form 3 at that time and I still remember..
That’s the time where Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim being fired by Tun Dr Mahathir in 1998 and that’s the time where Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) established as a political party..
What’s so great with this PKR and Anwar thingy..No not about his sodomy scandal thing..No not about his jail-term or anything..
It’s the time where MOST people, if not all, AFRAID if the Government ruling falls into the hands of PKR de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar..
Look at the difference now..Nobody even cares if the Government falls into the hands of the Opposition, be it PAS, DAP, or PKR..

Weird you say? It’s because of the leadership of the party..See who’s leading our country..
Back then, we have Tun Dr Mahathir who knows how to control things and controlled it efficiently and effectively..
But now, we have Datuk Seri Adbullah who doesn’t know how to control things..Demonstrations and street rallies tell us all..
NOOOOO~!! You get me wrong..
I didn’t say that Abdullah didn’t know how to control the demonstrations, NO~!!
I’m saying that Abdullah didn’t manage the country well, hence demonstrations..
People don’t demonstrate because they love it..People demonstrate because they hate or couldn’t go along with the country’s management..
Watch Datuk Seri Anwar in one of his recent talks for the General Election HERE..
- Our Ex-PM, Tun Dr Mahathir says so
Now this person’s words we must at least listen a bit coz he’s our ex-PM..
*Press conference with Tun Dr Mahathir – Part 1*
*Press conference with Tun Dr Mahathir – Part 2*
So, what say you? Even our ex-PM tell us to vote for the BEST candidate..
Yes I’m a supporter of Tun Dr Mahathir..His leadership is without a doubt, awesome and magnificent..
- You can have a say
When the Government do well for the country, you can praise them and feel happy for them and also for yourself..
When the Government isn’t doing a good job for the country, you have your reason to shoot them because you vote for them..
What’s the use if you keep complaining the petrol price is too high but you yourself is not voting for the Opposition?
What’s the use if you keep complaining the ministers are all corrupted but you yourself is not voting for the Opposition?
What’s the use if you keep complaining the country’s safety and security isn’t tolerable but you yourself is not voting for the Opposition?
Think deeply and you will know that to vote for the Government is an important issue and a big responsibility..
Let’s vote for our future and for the benefits of all people..
Woah! How come suddenly so political ey? Lol. So who are u voting for?
Very true.
I heard from my PR lecturer today that those who did not vote, the votes will automatically go to BN.
Voting for DAP in P117 Segambut this Saturday. Just don’t want Barang Naik to be so arrogant.
Nastyv8mp >> i’m always into politics one lerr..Loket loket
chingy >> now you know..
Simon Seow >> yeah let’s vote for a change *knuckle thrust*
