Pan Mee @ Taman Miharja, Cheras Maluri

Before I start my review..I would like to say Happy Birthday to our buddy Loke Hong Wai..

Well, just few minutes late..Hehe..His birthday falls on 25th of July..

Another year has past..Although you are not around anymore, but you’ll always be in our heart..

Rest in peace my friend..

It’s Pan Mee review again..HOOOOOO~!! *raise your hands up in the air and profusely shaking crotch*

This time it’s the Pan Mee at Taman Miharja at Taman Maluri, Cheras..

I guessed lots of people already got to know about this famous place long time ago..

Yet, I still have friends who didn’t know where this place is located..So here I am to do this review..

You know how to turn into Taman Miharja if you coming from Taman Maluri Cheras, right.?

You turn-in at a petrol kiosk..It’s a Caltex..

As soon as you turn-in at the petrol kiosk, there’s an Olden Ship Cafe outlet or something..

Then there are rows of terrace houses leading its way into the condo / apartment which you can see at the LRT station..

From the Olden Ship Cafe, I consider that as the first junction (on your left hand side), make your turn on the second junction (if I’m not mistaken)..

Reach the end of the houses then turn left..Then it’s time to find carpark..

Or you can also make your turn at the shoplots..Until the back road, turn left and go straight until you see a Chinese stall under a big tree on your right hand side..

*Additional pork balls*

This additional pork balls cost RM 1 for 6 balls..So add up depending on your appetite..

The belacan is a must in your Pan Mee..It’s extremely hot..

Try the Pan Mee and Curry Mee in a new cafe in Kuchai Lama, Jojo Little Kitchen, Jalan Maju 9…..REALLY YUMMY! They are located in the new office blocks opposite the Kuchai Lama Food Court facing the construction of some new condos. Try to go either before or after lunch hour as the place is always packed during lunch. They have 4 different type of chillis to go with the noodles…I personally like the fired red chilli…

  8. Yatz:

Hey, unfortunately due to some issue, the entire hawker street had to be torn down. The owner tried opening at a new place behind Sang Kee’s restaurant near PGRM, but it din work out. I suppose parking is a problem.

But they are seeking out a new place and I hope I get to tell you guys about it soon.

I missed hang out there myself.

I am a regular customer of JoJo pan mee. As far as I know, there is no new outlets opening in Bandar Sri Permaisuri or anywhere in KL except in Kuchai Lama.

  19. Yatz:

Food Angels >> now this is getting interesting

  20. Food Angels:

Yeah, this is very interesting indeed! I must go and try this new outlet in Bdr Sri Permaisuri. Can’t wait to find out the pan mee taste there.

  21. Food Angels:

Went to try out the pan mee at this new outlet in Permaisuri. The food is not good at all. I believe this is not the real JoJo Kitchen’s branch. I need to ask JoJo about this.

  22. Billy Kwan:

Food Angels, thanks for informing me about it.

I am the rightful owner of JoJo Little Kitchen and I need to clarify to all my valued customers that Jojo Little Kitchen does not have any branch at the moment. The only outlet we have is at Kuchai Lama Entrepreneur Park and we will never change our existing signboard. The pan mee shop at Bdr Sri Permaisuri is not our outlet and has no connections with us or whatsoever.

Any enquiries, please contact me at 03 7987 1090 or visit us at No 30, Jalan Kuchai Maju 9, Off Jalan KuD3 chai Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.
